Equality: Our equality policy is here and we are currently reviewing our objectives for the next 4 year cycle. Currently we have been working to ensure low ability students make great progress in line with their peers (progress 8 is 0.4); that we support the achievement of all students regardless of race; and that we close the gender gap between the performance of boys and girls where traditionally boys perform less well than girls. (Progress 8 for boys 0.13, girls -0.03)
