Assistant Headteacher (Shaftesbury Primary School)

You will also have responsibility for upper key stage 2. We require a person with drive to lead on school improvement in curriculum areas.

Librarian (Shaftesbury School) – Salary £23,559 – £27,040 (actual salary per annum), 40 weeks pa (term time + 2 weeks), 37 hours per week. This is a temporary contract to start from January 2018 to cover maternity leave. You must be a qualified librarian. This position is to manage our Learning Resource Centre to support effective teaching and learning in the school. This role involves liaising with staff, students and other library users and supervising students who are not accompanied by a teacher. Childcare Assistant (Motcombe Primary School) – Grade 3 (£7.90 – £8.36 per hour), 10 hrs and 50 mins per week, 38.2 weeks per year (term time). Working hours are Monday – Friday 3.20 – 5.30 pm. This is a permanent position, to start as soon as possible. We are looking for an enthusiastic, fun individual to assist in providing a safe and caring environment for the children who use the service. Midday Supervising Assistant (Shaftesbury Primary School) – We have two positions to fill. Grade 1 (£7.78 per hour), 10 hours per week. Working hours are 11.30am – 1.30pm, 38 weeks per year (term time). The main job role is to ensure the safety, general welfare and conduct of pupils during the midday break period.
