History

Curriculum Overview: History

“History forms an essential part of student’s education at Key Stage Three and for many onto Key Stage Four and Five. It gives the students well rounded knowledge to understand the context of the world and nation around them.”

The History Department is committed to inspiring students to engage with and want to know more about the past. We believe in making learning active and encouraging young people to develop the enquiry skills necessary to reach an informed opinion.
