If your son/daughter has a Medical Condition that requires support and/or medication during the school day, we will require an Individual Healthcare Plan to be competed via the link below.

If during the school year, your son/daughter’s Medical Condition changes, please inform us via an updated Individual Heathcare Plan. You will also be directed towards this link when we review them annually.

Most students manage their Asthma independently, however for situations where that is not always possible, the school has Emergency Salbutamol Inhalers which your child can access, subject to the completion of the Emergency Salbutamol form via the link below
