Covid 19 School Closures
All our schools are closed. We are providing a skeleton childcare provision in most schools but only for the children of critical workers and vulnerable children. This is a last resort option for parents who have no alternative. The Government message about staying at home is clear. The best place for children is at home so travel and contact is minimised. We thank all those staff in our schools for all they are doing both in schools and to help provide some continued learning. We appreciate the support from parents during this most challenging of times

The login to SharePoint and Office 365 is the student’s same school login that they use at school: Username – studentusername@shaftesburyschool.co.uk. Password – The same password that they use to login to the PCs at school.
Shaftesbury Town Council has launched the Shaftesbury Scrub Hub.
This is an exciting opportunity to bring together the community support for Shaftesbury’s Health and Social Care workers to meet some of the needs of the local hospital, care home and Blackmore Vale Partnership. Shaftesbury School have volunteered their textiles suite for school staff to use and many teachers and members of the community from Shaftesbury and beyond have already been in touch to volunteer their sewing skills.
If you would like to volunteer your sewing skills to this effort, you can register here
